Minimally Viable Product launch of real-time customer
experience app. BKW joined a skunkworks team with the
Forrester CEO, CTO, and VP Marketing. We developed the
brand, recruited partners, and helped the team exceed their goals.
BKW helped the Forrester team settle on their core brand expression, developed language to be incorporated into the parent Forrester brand and drove app downloads beyond targets.
Forrester Research, already a leader with its popular Customer Experience Index, is aggressively moving to add management products for global enterprises. BKW led branding and marketing with a tiger team made up of the company’s CEO, CTO and VP Marketing.
The product ultimately became FeedbackNow and was launched in 2019.
BKW helped Forrester reach and exceed the target goal of 10k app downloads during the campaign.
BKW helped Forrester settle on their core messaging for TAP, creating a hyper-local campaign that encouraged users to engage in their communities.
